Update

I have been so hyper-focused on knitting that I haven't spent much time designing. I have a number of WIPs that I really need to get done before I can focus my efforts back on designing, so this is an announcement of temporary hiatus for me. I expect to be back to designing within the next couple of months.

Well, a few weeks ago I knitted a lovely version of Quant found on Knitty in some Noro Bloosom I had in my stash. I had just a wee bit left over and worked up some super simple fingerless mitts to match the headband. I've got the pattern drafted up and will be posting it soon. Pics will follow soon, also (I hope).

New Design - Candy Cane Tote

This was also created for a swap partner and it was my first felting adventure. It didn't turn out exactly like I had hoped, but I was pleasantly surprised with the end result. The pattern for this will be tested soon. Once testing is complete I will be offering it as a free pattern here on this blog and also on Ravelry.

New Design - Stained Stonewashed Purse

Here is one of the new designs I have just finished. I made it for a purse swap partner and she loves it! That always makes me feel warm and fuzzy.



The pattern will be tested soon and once that is complete I will be offering the pattern for sale on Etsy and Ravelry.

More Designs in the Works

I'm in the process of creating two new accessory patterns. One is for a purse and it's nearly done, the other is for a stole/wrap that's about 10% done. The purse will be posted later on this blog and the stole/wrap I'm hoping to have published in a magazine. Wish me luck!
